Cairo British School opened in the 2005/2006 academic year
to meet the growing needs of the local
population in Mohandeseen.
It is a tribute to the school that many
of the founding staff members
are still teaching with us.
It is a family school dedicated to the educational,
pastoral and recreational improvement in each
of our children’s welfare.
We are one of the few schools in Cairo that are regular
members of the Council of International schools.
This is important
as this credibility gives our parents faith in the
processes that go on at our school.
The school uses the British National Curriculum
as a guideline
and has access to the Cambridge International
Primary Progamme
assessment when appropriate.
Since its inception the school has aspired to
the highest
standards and this has enabled us to
compete with the best
schools in Cairo.
